I wanted to create a website dedicated to promoting animal adoption from
shelters verses purchasing them from puppy/kitty mills. I came up with the name “ADOPT DON’T SHOP” for this [fictional] non-profit organization.
My design consists of a front/home page with an image of a dog behind a fence. This image is tiled into 4 squares. Each of these tiles is a button that, when clicked, leads to a pop-up page with information about adoption, animal shelters, puppy mills, etc.
The audience of this Flash website includes people of all ages. Anyone who is an animal lover, or who has a passion for promoting the well-being of beloved pets, will appreciate this website and the message behind it.
